Delete directly in the app
Open Life Logger and sign in to the correct account. Go to Together → My groups → Manage your group profile → Delete my group profile and data. Read the effects and confirm. Although the control is labeled “group profile”, it deletes the server account and its linked data as well.
Before deleting, export any journal you want to keep in Settings → Backup & restore. If you have a paid subscription, manage or cancel renewal in the store first; deleting an account does not cancel it automatically.
Cannot access the app?
Email cbsa.tyme@gmail.com with the subject “Life Logger — Account deletion request”. Include your username and whether you want the entire account or a specific category of data deleted. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or your journal. You do not need to reinstall the app to start a request.
To prevent deleting the wrong account, we will reasonably verify ownership, then explain the outcome or any need for more time under applicable law. Support cannot access a journal stored only on your device simply from an email request.
What is deleted?
The account and sessions, cloud journal, dating profile, connections and linked messages, memberships and check-ins, Plus goals, AI reports and push registrations are removed from active data. Groups you own are also deleted for all members. The action cannot be undone in the app.
Automatic backups are normally cleared after approximately 14–16 days; manual recovery copies are managed separately and must be considered in deletion requests. Moderation audit records, reports submitted by others and third-party copies may remain under the exceptions in the Privacy Policy. Exported files and on-device journals must be deleted separately.
Delete only some data
You can delete your cloud copy from Journal sync, retrieved health data from Settings → Health from your device, your dating profile from Dating, or AI reports from report history. Delete your on-device journal in Settings → Data & privacy. If sync is enabled, journal deletions may also propagate to the cloud and other devices.
