Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Life Logger, operated by Doan Minh Quan in Vietnam. Contact: cbsa.tyme@gmail.com. Life Logger supports activity logging, habit tracking, optional sync, groups, chat rooms and other features made available in the app.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using it and export or request deletion of your data. Acceptance does not replace your separate choices about cloud sync, health data, AI or public profiles; see the Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for protecting your device, password, sessions and recovery code. Do not impersonate others, share accounts without authorization or access data you are not entitled to use. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

You must be able to agree under the law where you live; minors need a legal representative’s permission where required. Dating is restricted to people aged 18 or older. Birth dates and profiles are self-declared; Life Logger does not verify every user’s identity or background.

Life Logger helps you reflect on recorded information. It is not a medical device, diagnostic, treatment or emergency service. Reports, suggestions and health data can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate; a day without entries does not prove an activity did not occur.

AI may produce incorrect or unsuitable conclusions. Evaluate suggestions yourself and do not use a report as the sole basis for changing medication or treatment. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Respect others’ consent and privacy. Harassment, threats, discrimination, scams, spam, malware, illegal content, sexual exploitation and child abuse content are prohibited. Do not post another person’s private information, intimate images or copyrighted work without the necessary rights.

Do not bulk-harvest profiles, probe accounts, evade service limits or interfere with security. You can block or report in the app or contact cbsa.tyme@gmail.com. We may hide content, restrict features or suspend profiles for violations or safety risks; you may contact us to request a review.

A match or shared interest does not guarantee a person’s trustworthiness, safety or compatibility. Do not send money or disclose sensitive information merely because you connected in the app. You decide whether to communicate or meet; reporting features do not replace authorities when there is danger.

You retain your rights to the content you create. By uploading content, you permit us to store, process and display it only as needed to deliver the features you choose, keep the service safe and meet legal obligations. This is not permission to sell your journal.

The Life Logger software, design and branding belong to the operator or their respective licensors. You may use the app under these terms and applicable component licenses; you may not misrepresent ownership or unlawfully redistribute protected material.

Paid features are offered only when the store and payment system are enabled. Price, currency, billing period, benefits and applicable conditions are shown before you confirm a store purchase. Simulated prices or test benefits are not an offer to charge real money.

Subscriptions renew under the store’s terms unless canceled in time through Google Play/App Store. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refunds follow store policies and mandatory legal rights; these terms do not exclude those rights.

AI allowances and feature limits are shown in the app. Unused allowances do not automatically roll over; failed analyses do not count as successful uses. Plus expiry does not automatically delete your journal or saved reports, but creating new Plus content may be restricted.

Features depend on your device, operating-system permissions, network connection and relevant providers. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered when the operating system restricts the app; do not rely on reminders for time-critical emergencies. Maintenance or faults may interrupt the service.

Export important data before deleting, changing devices or restoring. Sync is not a substitute for every form of backup; edits and deletions can propagate to synced devices. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all data can always be recovered.

You can stop using Life Logger at any time. The “Delete your account & data” page explains in-app deletion and email requests. Deleting a server account does not automatically erase journals on individual devices, exports or recipients’ copies. Retention periods and exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Life Logger is provided with its available features and availability. We do not guarantee health outcomes, habit adherence, dating results or other users’ conduct. Each party’s responsibility is governed by applicable law; nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law while respecting mandatory rights under the law applicable where you live. For disputes, contact cbsa.tyme@gmail.com to discuss a resolution; you may still refer a matter to a competent authority or court. These terms do not require you to waive lawful complaint or legal-action rights.

We may update these terms to reflect reasonable service or legal changes, publish the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Vietnamese, English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese versions are written to convey the same meaning. Contact us about ambiguity or discrepancies so we can clarify and correct them. A translation does not reduce your mandatory rights.
