What we store
Your journal contains activities, times, amounts, notes and goals, which may include health or other sensitive information. It stays on your device or browser by default. Online services store account details, sessions and connection information such as IP addresses to operate the service, keep it secure and provide support.
Features you choose
Your journal and notes are stored on our server only when you enable sync. Content you share in groups, rooms or dating profiles is stored online and visible to the relevant people; your private journal is not shared automatically. Dating is a separate opt-in for adults aged 18 or older. Your birth date is used to calculate age and is not shown in full on your profile.
AI & health data
With your consent, selected activity summaries, goals and the text you enter are sent to an external AI service. Notes and messages are not sent automatically. Reports, baseline totals and feedback stay in your account until you delete them. AI suggestions are for reference and do not replace medical advice.
If you grant health access, the app only reads steps and sleep from the past seven days, stores them on your device and does not use them for matching. This summary is shared with AI only with separate consent for that analysis. You can revoke access and delete the retrieved data.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained to provide the service until you delete it. Turning off sync does not erase the cloud copy. Account deletion removes linked data and groups you own; local journals, exports and other people’s copies need separate handling. Automatic backups are normally cleared after 14–16 days; manual copies are reviewed for deletion requests. Some records may be retained for abuse handling or legal obligations. Copies already sent to the AI service are not erased immediately with your account; contact us for help.
Your rights
You can export, correct or delete data, stop sharing and revoke permissions in the app. For access, processing restrictions, account deletion or complaints, email cbsa.tyme@gmail.com. We may verify ownership and will explain how your request is handled under applicable law; we do not ask you to send passwords.

Life Logger and lifelogger.fun are operated by Doan Minh Quan in Vietnam. Privacy contact: cbsa.tyme@gmail.com. The app is not directed at children. We will notify you of material changes and their effective date; language versions convey the same meaning.
